Who is this ebook suitable for?
It is suitable for a beginner to eco-printing and natural dyeing, for those wanting to avoid the use of mordants, or for any experienced dyers who want to branch out into new methods. If you are new to my work, this is a great place to start. And if you are familiar with my other ebooks and ecourses, you will definitely find a lot of new information in here.
Is this different to your Soy Milk Binder ecourse?
Yes. There is some overlap of content between ebook and ecourse, but it is mostly new information that I haven’t taught in any other format. The ecourse focuses on several eco-print projects using soy milk binder, while this ebook goes more deeply into the science and techniques of natural dyeing. It also has a wider range of examples of eco-print dyestuff and more explanation of the role of iron mordant and how you can eco-print with or without it. Take a look at the contents in the sample pages to see just how much is covered in this ebook.
